The Chairman of the State Committee on Work with Diaspora, Fuad Muradov held an online meeting with the winner of the third “Yüksəliş” ("Rise") competition, Mirza Alakbar Babayev.

The Committee Chairman congratulated the winner on the occasion of the successful completion of the competition's mentoring program and wished him success in his future activity. During the meeting, the continuation of collaboration with the Committee in the future was emphasized, and an exchange of views was held regarding the results achieved within the mentorship program.

The winner of competition Mirza Alakbar Babayev expressed his gratitude for support provided to him during the mentorship program and shared his satisfaction with the usefulness of the knowledge and experience he gained.

It should be noted that the "Yüksəliş" competition was established based on the decree signed by President Ilham Aliyev on July 26, 2019. The competition aims to identify and support prospective leaders with high intellectual capacity and managerial qualities, as well as to create a talent pool in the country.
