Azerbaijani pianist’s concert attracted great interest in Paris

Paris, the capital of France, hosted a concert by well-known Azerbaijani pianist Eldaniz Alakbarzadeh. The concert was attended by staff of the State Committee on Work with Diaspora, Azerbaijanis living in France and a large number of residents.
The young pianist Eldaniz Alakbarzadeh was accompanied on stage by saxophonist Dmitry Uvarov. They performed pieces of music by American composers such as George Gershwin, Leonard Bernstein, John Williams. The performers’ high level of professionalism, technical mastery, and exquisite musical taste were met with great interest, leaving a strong impression on attendees.
At the concert, the presence of many French attendees alongside our compatriots was underscored as another indicator of the successful integration of the Azerbaijani community into French society. The attendees emphasized the rich melody, emotional impact, cultural nuances of the music and noted the special role of such events in fostering intercultural dialogue.
It should be noted that Eldaniz Alakbarzadeh graduated with distinction from the Music College under Azerbaijan National Conservatory in 2016, and Baku Music Academy in 2020. Since 2022, he has been studying at “École Normale Alfred Cortot” in Paris. He is also a music teacher at the “Natavan” weekend Azerbaijani school under the Azerbaijan Cultural Centre in Paris, supported by the State Committee on Work with Diaspora.
