On April 1^st , Fuad Muradov, the chairman of the State Committee on Work with Diaspora met Nuran Abdullayev, chairman of the Board of the Alliance of Azerbaijanis in Germany, Aga Agayev, member of the Board of the Alliance, co-founder of the German – Azerbaijan Culture House, head of the Cologne Azerbaijani House and Elvin Huseynov, the chairman of the Forum of Azerbaijani doctors in Germany, Internal Medicine specialist  for pulmonary diseases, department head at “Helios Klinikum Siegburg”.

Warmly welcoming the guests, Fuad Muradov emphasized the attention of President Ilham Aliyev and first vice-president Mehriban Aliyeva towards the Azerbaijani communities currently operating abroad. He positively has assessed the activities of the Alliance of Azerbaijanis in Germany.  The sides also have exchanged views on the future activities of the Alliance and the work to be done in the field of diaspora.

The meeting also focused on the preparation process of the Third Forum of Azerbaijani doctors in Germany, scheduled on September 2024, as well as on the “Heydar Aliyev-100” scholarship program. It has been noted that this scholarship program was presented during the Second forum of doctors and scholarship holders are expected to return back to Azerbaijan after gathering proper experience.

Our compatriots emphasized that the Forum achieved successful results in terms of networking, exchange of knowledge and experience by Azerbaijani scientists, doctors and young colleagues working in German medical centers.

They also informed that Forum of Azerbaijani Doctors has already been registered in Germany and started to operate. The chairman wished success to the organization's activities.
