Several releases of the “Homeland is not Far Away” (“Vətən uzaqda deyil”), a joint project of “Diaspor TV”, the Internet television of the State Committee on Work with Diaspora with Public TV of Azerbaijan, were shot in the United States.

Western Azerbaijani born Ali Asgarov, with good educational background was one of the guests of the program. In his interview Professor of the University of North Carolina Ali Asgarov spoke about his efforts in conveying the truth of Azerbaijan to the world community and his socio-political activity in the field of promoting our country.
