The extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of the Colombia Republic to the Republic of Azerbaijan, Luis Fernando Quartas Ayala visited the State Committee on Work with Diaspora.

Greeting the guest, Chairman Fuad Muradov gave detailed information about the Committee’s activities, ongoing projects, Azerbaijan Houses abroad, Coordination Councils, as well as Azerbaijan Diaspora Support Fund. He noted that the Committee not only works with Azerbaijanis living abroad but also collaborates with countries that have friendly relations with Azerbaijan.

The ambassador Luis Fernando Quartas Ayala expressed gratitude for the warm reception. He mentioned that he has been serving in Azerbaijan since August of last year and highlighted the importance of expanding relations between Colombia and Azerbaijan. He affirmed his readiness to cooperate with the Committee in his future activities.

During the meeting, ideas were exchanged about implementing joint projects and exchange programs in various fields. Confidence was expressed that mutually beneficial cooperation would be continue successfully in the future.
