The representatives of Azerbaijan diaspora operating in Kazakhstan visited Fuzuli and Shusha
17 July, 2024Within the framework of the visit to Azerbaijan, a delegation consisting of the leaders and activists of our diaspora operating in Kazakhstan, as well as representatives of the fraternal nation, visited the liberated areas of Fuzuli and Shusha.
On the way to Fuzuli the guests saw the destroyed and devastated villages that epitomized Armenian barbarism and condemned the acts of vandalism. The guests were given detailed information about reconstruction, renovation and restoration works carried out in the district. They praised the ongoing reconstruction and restoration efforts.
In accordance with the slogan of the delegation's visit to our country, "Following in the footsteps of Presidents!" the guests visited the Kurmangazy Children's Creativity Center in the Fuzuli district, which was inaugurated by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. Familiarizing themselves with the center's 3D modeling, recording studio, computer, music, carpet weaving, and other creative rooms, the delegation highly appreciated the opportunities created for the children.
Subsequently, the delegation proceeded to Shusha. Here, they acquainted with the restoration and reconstruction work carried out after the 30 years of atrocities committed by Armenian occupiers during the occupation period. They visited notable sites such as the "Bullet-riddled Statues" monument, the Yukhari Govhar Aga Mosque, Isa Bulagi, Vagif's mausoleum, Jidir Plain and other sights. A large-sized flag was unfurled and waved by the delegation and a commemorative photo was taken.
