Meetings were held with leaders of a number of official institutions and international organization during the visit of Chairman of the State Committee on Work with Diaspora Fuad Muradov, to the Kingdom of Morocco.

Committee Chairman met with speaker of the House of Representatives of the Moroccan Parliament, Rachid Talbi El Alami, Director General of ICESCO, Salim bin Mohammad al-Malik, as well as, meetings were held at the Hassan II Foundation for Moroccans Residing Abroad, at the Council of the Moroccan Community Abroad, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Abroad. During these meeting, a broad exchange of views took place on the friendly relations between our countries and the cooperation opportunities between Azerbaijanis living abroad and Moroccan.

Committee chairman emphasized the further development of ties between the two countries during the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev and informed in detail about implemented large-scale projects.

Officials of the Kingdom of Morocco highly appreciated the Chairman’s visit, drew attention to the importance of exchange of experience and joint cooperation, noted the invaluable role of diaspora in the improvement of ties between our countries.

Meetings were also attended by the Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Kingdom of Morocco, Nazim Samadov.
