March 31 victims were commemorated in Georgia

“Integration Center for Azerbaijanis of Georgia” hosted the meeting dedicated to 31 March – Day of Genocide of Azerbaijanis within the framework of “Young Leaders Academy”.

First, the participants of the event observed a minute of silence to tribute the dear memory of victims.

Later, Murad Muradov, the executive director of the center made a speech about the genocide committed by the Baku Soviet troops and Dashnak Armenian armed groups from March 30 to April 3, 1918 in Baku and various regions of Baku province, as well as in Shamakhi, Guba, Khachmaz, Lankaran, Hajigabul, Salyan, Zangezur, Karabakh, Nakhchivan and other regions.

At the end of the meeting, the young people watched the film "Forgotten March", which depicts the Armenian brutality against the Muslim population of Lankaran and Shamakhi districts, as well as the motives of courage, tolerance and love for the country.
