Free legal aid for Azerbaijani community in Georgia continues

In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding signed between “Azerbaijani House” operating in Georgia and the "Ganun" Legal Aid Center, the center’s director, lawyer Ali Badirov, and legal expert Shamil Shamilov provided consultations to residents of Marneuli who had pre-registered legal concerns at the "Azerbaijan House".

On the 12th day of the consultations, the legal concerns of six Azerbaijani citizens of Georgia were addressed.

Issues raised included citizenship, temporary residence registration, child support (alimony), inheritance, property rights, domestic violence, and other civil matters. Necessary applications were prepared and submitted electronically to the relevant state bodies, General Prosecutor's Office, and judicial institutions.
