The participations of the "Youth for a Green World" 5th Summer Camp of Diaspora Youth, jointly organized by the State Committee on Work with Diaspora of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Heydar Aliyev Foundation are now in the homeland.

Before leaving for Lachin, the Camp will be held, the young participants who arrived in Baku from different countries have visited the grave of our nation’s National Leader Heydar Aliyev at the Alley of Honor. During the visit, National Leader’s memory has been commemorated, a wreath was laid and placed flowers on behalf of the participants of the Camp at his monument.

They also have visited the first and second Alley of Martyrs and honored the memory of the children of the Motherland who were martyred for the independence and territorial integrity of our country.

After the visits, the participants will leave for Lachin where the camp is held. The stage of initial acquaintance and division of teams of participants in the camp territory, as well as the organization of a visit to "Islimi" Carpet Center, "Gilabi Ceramics" center and "Hekari Fish Farm" in Lachin are planned.

Until now, 4 summer camps of Diaspora youth have been organized in the cities of Sheki, Shamakhi, Shusha and Nakhchivan. Hundreds of young people living in more than 50 countries around the world have participated in these camps.
