“Youth for a Green World" the 5th Summer Camp of Diaspora Youth continues in Lachin, liberated from occupation. Within the Summer Camp the meeting of participants with the  conquerors of Karabakh and the martyrs’ families has been organized.

The meeting has been started with a minute's silence in honor of the cherished memory of the martyrs.

At the meeting, which has been presented by Javid Ismayil, head of a department at the State Committee on Work with Diaspora various notable individuals have participated. These included Sevinj Orujova, head of the "Zafar" Martyrs' Families Support Public Union, member of the Board of Trustees of the "YASHAT" Fund, who is also the wife of of Colonel-Lieutenant Raguf Orujov, a martyr of the April battles; Vusala Aliyeva, the wife of the martyr of the Patriotic War, Colonel-Lieutenant Anar Aliyev, Hero of the Patriotic War, Konul Valiyeva, the mother of Captain Hamid Hamidli, a martyr of the Patriotic War, Shafa Aliyeva, mother of First Lieutenant Fuad Alizade, a martyr of the Patriotic War; and military veterans of the Special Forces who fought in the Patriotic War Famil Farajov, Javid Hasanov, Orkhan Alakbarov; Huseyn Huseynzade, the Deputy Chairman of the Azerbaijani Volunteer Doctors Association (AKHA), a Doctor of Philosophy in Medicine, and an oral and maxillofacial surgeon have participated. 

Doctor Huseyn Huseynzade made a presentation on the topic "Voluntary profession as war medicine" (Organization of Volunteer Medical Services during Force Majeure, War, and Post-War Periods). 

During the panel, it has been spoken about the love for the homeland among the younger generation, the heroism of brave sons of the nation in defending the independence of the state, and the long, challenging paths they have walked.. The youth have listened to veterans’ recollections of the Patriotic War with great attention and interest.

It has been noted that during the meeting that that the victory won by our army in the 44-day Patriotic War has been written in golden letters on the pages of our history. The bravery of our heroic sons is an example for our youth, who are the future of our country. Thanks to such sons, our territorial integrity was restored after many years.

Our young compatriots from various countries around the world expressed their gratitude to the Victorious Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev and the heroic Azerbaijani army for the liberation of our lands from occupation. They prayed for the martyrs and wished recovery to the veterans. They have stated that they will always show respect and reverence for all our brave individuals who sacrificed their lives for this country, and they will honor their memories.
