Member of the Canadian Parliament, Polish-Canadian politician Tom Kmiec visited the Azerbaijan House operating in Toronto.

Lalin Hasanova, director of the Azerbaijan House, gave detailed information about the activity of the House, the projects to be implemented, the history and culture of Azerbaijan. 

Highly appreciating the activity of the Azerbaijan House, Tom Kmiek has told that this place will play a big role in improving work efficiency of the Azerbaijani community and promoting Azerbaijan’s history and culture. Canadian MP wished success to our compatriots and wrote his heartfelt words in the memorial book of the Azerbaijan House.

It worth to pointing out that those representatives of the Azerbaijani and Turkish communities attended part in the meeting.   

It should be recalled that in April, the delegation of the State Committee on Work with Diaspora met Tom Kmiec as part of visit to Canada.
