An international festival titled “Migration, Cultures, and Citizenship” was held in Luxembourg. Azerbaijan participated in the festival for the first time with the support of the State Committee on Work with Diaspora, and the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Kingdom of Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and organized by the Luxembourg-Azerbaijan Friendship Association.

Guests expressed great interest in Azerbaijan’s rich cultural heritage, national dishes, and traditions which have been shaped throughout the centuries. Our compatriots made effective use of the broad opportunities for cultural exchange and interaction provided during the festival.

Xavier Bettel, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade of Luxembourg and Max Hahn Minister of Family Affairs, Solidarity, Living Together and Reception of Refugees explored the cultural exhibits showcased at the Azerbaijani stand.

Azerbaijan’s involvement in this international platform has contributed to promoting Azerbaijani culture in Luxembourg, as well as fostering cultural dialogue among diverse communities, and advancing bilateral ties.
