An informational campaign dedicated to Azerbaijan's Victory Day on November 8 and State Flag Day on November 9 was held at the famous Times Square in New York, USA.

The campaign was organized with the support of the State Committee on Work with Diaspora and the Azerbaijani-American Youth Federation (AAYF).

Under the leadership of AAYF president Leyla Aslanova, Azerbaijani students studying in the U.S. gathered at the square to inform tourists and local Americans about Azerbaijan's historic Victory Day.

Our compatriots, holding Azerbaijan's three-colored flag, chanted slogans such as "Long live Azerbaijan" and "Happy Victory Day, Azerbaijan".

Additionally, a map showing Azerbaijan's territorial integrity was displayed on a giant LED screen in Times Square. Tourists visiting the square took photos with the Azerbaijani flag.

Furthermore, a car equipped with an LED screen displaying the slogan "November 8 is Azerbaijan's Victory Day!" and featuring the Khari Bulbul (a symbol of victory) drove around the square and stopped on 42nd Street.
