The Documentary film "Through The Blink Of An Eye" produced by Jewish-American journalist Nurit Greenger, President of US-AZ Cultural Foundation (USAZCF), and Eti El-Kiss, CEO of Cachet Worldwide Productions in the United States, is about Azerbaijani wounded soldier, Arif Hajiyev, 4-days visit to Israel during December 2022, accompanied by the 2 film producers.

Arif's badly wounded eye was saved by a cornea transplant operation, cornea donated by an Israeli family,  performed in Baku by Israeli ophthalmologist Yishay Falick M.D. While in Israel, Arif had the honor to meet with his transplanted cornea donor's family and thank them, in person, for being instrumental in saving his eyesight.

The State Committee on Work with Diaspora provided financial support for Arif's visit to Israel.
