The third training session held within the framework of the "Diaspora Academy-2" project was dedicated to the topic of "Project Preparation".

Renowned trainer and head of the Center for Political Technologies, Vali Alibayov, provided participants with information on writing projects, setting goals and objectives, ensuring sustainability, evaluation criteria, accountability, and other related topics.

Participants discussed the projects they aim to implement in their respective countries, explored alternative funding sources to support these initiatives, shared their experiences, and exchanged ideas about the challenges they face in this field.

Subsequently, participants’ numerous questions related to methods for forecasting project budget and timelines, managing risks to eliminate project uncertainties, and defining project objectives were addressed, and relevant documents were presented.
