Azerbaijan was represented at the International Cooperation Festival held in Japan

Azerbaijan was represented at the International Cooperation Festival held in Hachiyoshi, Japan.

Representatives of various communities living in the city of Hachiyoshi attended the festival, which promotes cultural diversity, traditions, good neighborliness and friendly relations.

Exhibits reflecting the ancient history, rich culture and traditions of Azerbaijan, publications about our country including the latest issue of the "IRS-Isan" magazine published in Japanese by Heydar Aliyev Foundation and Ministry of Culture were displayed in the Azerbaijan corner prepared by Azerbaijan-Japan Friendship Center.

The chairman of the center, well-known scientist Khalil Kalantar, and the members of the organization  gave detailed information about the geographical position of our country, its achievements, large-scale improvement and construction works carried out in the territories liberated  from the occupation during Second Karabakh War.

The exhibits, books, magazines and a video dedicated to Azerbaijan aroused great interest among visitors.

The organizer of the festival- the Hachiyoci International Association thanked the Azerbaijani community for active participation in the event.
