At the First Forum of Azerbaijani Cultural Ambassadors, pianist Saida Zulfugarova and the head of the Salzburg Azerbaijan House, Chairman of the Austrian-Azerbaijani Society Farid Azizov, were presented with the Medal “For Service in Diaspora Activities” of the Republic of Azerbaijan for their contributions to diaspora work. Composer, PhD in Art Studies, musicologist, and artistic director of Germany’s "Bridge of Sound" orchestra, Khadija Zeynalova was also presented with a certificate of appreciation.

It should be noted that Saida Zulfugarova studied at the Baku Music Academy named after Uzeyir Hajibayli, where she earned qualifications as a piano teacher and concertmaster. The pianist is a professor at the Pauline Viardot Conservatory in the Provence region of France.

Farid Azizov, Head of the Azerbaijan House in Salzburg, Austria, and Chairperson of the Austria Azerbaijanis Society, actively contributes to the development of the Azerbaijani diaspora and the promotion of our country abroad.

Khadija Zeynalova is an alumna of the Baku Music Academy, as well as Detmold Academy of Music and Paderborn University. As the founder and artistic director of the international “Bridge of Sound” orchestra and the “Harmony of Sound” international music festival in Germany, she successfully promotes Azerbaijan’s rich musical heritage in various countries around the world.
