A talented young violinist Janel Najafli participated in the gala concert of the 7th Florida Keys International Music Competition held in Carnegie Hall's Weill Recital Hall. Janel Najafli performed "Dance of Love" by Fikret Amirov. She was awarded a diploma and a special prize of Amirovs’ family. “It was a very special evening. It was a pleasure to listen to the Azerbaijani music performed by foreign musicians," told Janel Najafli.

Janel Najafli, a 4th-year student of Baku Music Academy (part-time) and a 4th-year student of the Pilsen Conservatory of the Czech Republic has achieved many notable successes since the beginning of the year.

She was awarded a prize by the Ministry of Youth and Sport and performed a solo concert in Azerbaijan State Philharmonic Hall.

It should be mentioned that Janel performed “Sari Gelin” in front of Shusha Castle and “Ay Lachin” in Jidir Plain during the trip of diaspora representatives to Shusha organized by the State Committee on Work with Diaspora.
