Yasmin Yusifli and Eva Ahmadova, gymnasts of Azerbaijani origin, members of USA Gymnastics and the MIG Rhythmic Gymnastics Club, competed in rhythmic gymnastics in Sacramento, the capital of California.

33 gymnasts competed in the tournament. 9 -year-old Yasmin Yusifli and 8 -year-old Eva Ahmadova demonstrated their skills under the sounds of Azerbaijani national music. The elegant national costumes of the Azerbaijani gymnasts, along with their technically advanced, expressive, and emotional performances, were met with great interest and applause.

According to the result of the tournament Yasmin Yusifli was awarded 3rd place in the hoop program. This achievement has is considered the next success in her sports career. Previously, our compatriot had won 1st place in three consecutive competitions.

Yasmin Yusifli is a member of the Azerbaijani Cultural Society of Northern California (ACSNC), while Eva Ahmadova actively participates in Azerbaijani dance clubs in California. Their achievements are greatly attributed to the professional guidance and continuous support of their coach, Antonina Ivanyuka.
