Azerbaijan was represented at the Multicultural Festival held in Brisbane

Azerbaijan was also represented at the Multicultural Festival held in Brisbane, Australia.

The festival, organized at a secondary school, featured cultural displays from a wide range of countries. In addition to Azerbaijan, countries including Australia, Egypt, India, Afghanistan, several African countries, the Philippines, Vietnam, China, Japan, Cambodia, Korea, New Zealand, and others presented booths that highlighted their unique cultural heritage. As part of festival, traditional dances and games belonging to different nations, were presented, while photo stands were used to provide participants with information about the customs and cultural heritage of each country.

The corner of Azerbaijan was organized by Aytan Mammadova, Vise-president of the “Azerbaijan National Association of Queensland” and her husband John Millet. Traditional attire, souvenirs, and various cultural artifacts showcasing the history, culture, customs, and cuisine of our country were exhibited.

The participants of the festival showed great interest in the Azerbaijan booth.
