At the III Forum of American-Azerbaijani Youth, a film titled “Heydar Aliyev and Azerbaijani Culture: A Strategy for Preserving and Developing National Identity” was presented. The film, dedicated to the anniversary of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev, was produced by “ElTV Production” at the initiative of the “Vatan” Azerbaijani Art and Culture Center operating in Canada, with the support of the State Committee on Work with Diaspora.
