The rally was held in Chicago, and the participants strongly condemned the targeting of civilians by the Armenian armed forces, the killing of dozens of innocent people in various cities and regions of the country, the destruction of civilian objects. The protesters said that the heavy artillery shelling of Ganja, located far from the frontline, at night was a clear example of Armenian vandalism.
It was noted that the heavy artillery shelling of Ganja and Mingachevir, Tartar, Goranboy, Barda, Yevlakh, Aghdam, Agjabadi and other regions of Azerbaijan is an indicator of Armenia's aggressive policy against Azerbaijan. Condemning the crimes committed against the civilian population, the protesters called on the international community to condemn the Armenian atrocities and support Azerbaijan in its fair struggle to restore its territorial integrity.
National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as the national anthem was performed and slogans such as "Karabakh is Azerbaijan!", "Ganja is not a frontline zone!", "Stop Armenian terror!", "Do not kill children!", "Do not kill civilians", "We say no to terrorism", "Do not support the occupying state!", "We want justice!! ”were chanted in different languages.
At the end of the rally, the protesters marched to the Armenian consulate and expressed their protest.
