Azerbaijani karate players, who achieved high results at the next European Junior and Youth Championships in Hungary, were the guests of the "Azerbaijani House" opened in Budapest at the end of last year. It should be noted that, “Azerbaijan House" was established on the initiative and support of the State Committee on Work with Diaspora and put into use of our compatriots.
The meeting was attended by the winners of continental championship, Federation officials, coaches and referees. Chairman of the “Gardashlig” Hungarian-Azeri Joint Society Ramiz Amirli congratulated the national guests of the "Azerbaijani House" and wished them success in future competitions. President of the National Karate Federation of Azerbaijan Yashar Bashirov, head coach of junior and youth national team Anar Allahverdiyev, European champion Farid Aghayev and second winner of Continental Championsip Ayla Rzazade thanked to the State Committee on Work with Diaspora, the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Hungary and the organizers of the meeting.
It should be noted that, Azerbaijani karate players have won 8 medals at the next European Junior and Youth Championships in Hungary.
