"Brain Gain" Program implemented by the State Committee on Work with Diaspora aims to arrange meetings between the Azerbaijani specialists living abroad and local universities’ staff and students. The program also intends to establish ties among our compatriots and higher educational institutions of Azerbaijan.

In the framework of "Brain Gain" Program, online meetings were arranged among the representatives of the Azerbaijani scientists living abroad and staff and students of the Azerbaijan Technical University, Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, Azerbaijan Medical University, Azerbaijan-French University, Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University, ADA and other universities.
